Where are my rendered audio files stored?
Neiro renders are stored as wav files on your computer. They are never deleted so if your machine is running low on space, you can delete them at any time. They will be re-downloaded automatically if you open an existing DAW project file with a Neiro plugin containing renders.

Do failed renders use my credits?
Credits are deducted from your account right when one of your renders are submitted, however in the rare case of an issue on our end processing your render, your credits will be refunded to your account. In your plugin you will see a message 'FAILED' next to the render.
How expensive is it to purchase more credits (render minutes)?
The pricing for render minutes is as follows:
30 minutes = $15
60 minutes = $20
120 minutes = $35
